Man, I love fried pickles. Haven’t ever tried to make them before, but I might need to get that courage up. I like them in the round slices rather than the spears, though. Especially with some kind of spicy mayonnaise concoction.

I have those same fears of setting the house on fire with deep frying (probably because I’ve done that once), but still, the crisp that it provides is hard to beat. Delicious looking!!!!

I can just imagine them now.. crunchy first bite into a crunchy tangy pickle.. I can see how these could get addicting! Love it!!

Very interesting – they’re crunchy on the outside AND the inside!
