I agree about taking way more photos…especially when photographing brown food. One of my favorite dishes…juicier than using veal.

If you used panko breadcrumbs and drizzled with tonkatsu sauce served with thinly sliced cabbage you would have Japanese Pork Tonkatsu. Your version Looks super yummy! I think there is something similar in so many cultures. That is really cool.
