Hi all!
Here are two buttons to display on your sidebar! Huge props (that’s right, I said props) to @chimes for her design. It’s bangin’ (yup, bangin’). You can find her blog here.

Both buttons link to the Foodie Penpals overview page on Rock Salt, so we can use it to spread the word to other UK and Euro bloggers, through our blogs and anywhere else you might want to put it. That sounded a bit rude, I can assure you it was unintentional.
To begin with, if you have a sidebar, feel free to go ahead and get one of these beauties stuck on it!

Having trouble with the button. Tells me it has illegal characters! Aliens, immigrants or just shady people?

Goodness! I have no idea what kind of illegal characters might be lurking in there…
You can save the picture to your computer, then upload it to your own blog and try adding a link to it there – the link would be http://www.thisisrocksalt.com/foodie-penpals

They’re still lurking! Have tried what you said, didn’t work and tried logo from Lean Bean too, same message. Any technos out there to give me some assistance??

Are you copying the code from the box or taking it from the image? This is very odd. If you’re copying from the box, you should be able to hover over and get a little popup menu, that gives you an icon to click for ‘copy’. I can only think that when you’re copying and pasting, you’re also getting the numbers and formatting from the html box, which is translating as illegal characters in Blogger.
